Refund policy
We have a 30-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Once you start a refund or exchange we will have you ship your items back to us and we will send you a refund or the exchanged item(s) back at no cost to you. Items must have all original tags and must be in its original state in order to be returned.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, for the value of the item returned and any applicable taxes associated with the item. The original shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Exchanges
Once, your exchange is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your exchange and tracking information for the exchanged item back to you. Once your exchange is accepted we will then send the new items to you at no extra shipping cost.
If you are shipping an item(s) over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee and cannot be held liable if we do not receive your returned item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Sale/Clearance Items, Koozies, & Stickers are non-returnable unless defective.
